which would you say please?

1 It saddens me when the show comes to an end after such a long run.
2 It makes me sad when the show comes to an end after such a long run.

Does this have 2 meanings?

I need someone who speak english as well as spanish./as well as me. (2 meanings)

=

I need someone who speaks english as well as they speak spanish./in addition to spanish.

Is this ok?

The first 2, I would choose #2, but both are completely acceptable. I don't know of any difference in meaning. I need someone who speaks English as well as (in addition to) Spanish.
