Makes beautiful flowers

Can I say,

(a) She makes some beautiful flowers.

(b) She makes some beautiful paper flowers.

(c) She trims / cuts the unwanted leaves from the beautiful flowers.

They are all good English, but I'll bet the first two mean something other than what you think they mean. "Some" there means "remarkable". Some dictionaries call that "informal", but I don't think it is.
