I am curious to know which is the correct phrase:
make the sell.
or
make the sale.
Used in the context of "I need to make a sell if i'm going to earn a commission."

Note that the pronoun "I" should always be capitalized.

I can sell five cars every week.

Sale is a noun.
Are you going to the close-out sale?
Are these jeans on sale?
The house is for sale.
