Make something unhappen

What does it mean? = To prevent something from happening?

And I couldn't find 'unhappen' in dictionaries... Why is that?

It would definitely be slang or informal use. " Say, a mother walks into the kitchen, and it's a huge mess. Clearly angry, she looks at her son.

It would definitely be slang or informal use. It means "undo whatever it is that just happened."

I can imagine it being said after someone says "It just happened" (meaning: no one did this on purpose, but things worked out this way) or "I don't know what happened."
