Make question(chess)

Hi.
"You shall understand that a stale is a lost game by him that giveth it, and no question to be made further therof"

What is this old writing trying to convey? My problem is that I don't understand what does it mean that no question 's to be made.

Thanks in advance

'And no question to be made further therof' can be taken to mean that there shall be no more arguments/questions on this. That is, the statement that proceeds it is the final ruling on the subject.
