make +object+ verb.

I make you do it - I remember it is true

I make you doing it - I remember it is false . why?

I know "I have you doing it" is true.

Why 'have' can be used object +~ing?

Why 'make' can not be used object+~ing?

  • and I know the rule "make sb do sth" or it is apropriate to use "make sb to do sth" whan the pronoun is a long one.
  • but I have never seen such an expression "have sb doing sth" what does that mean?

I think it's similar to "to get someone in the position/activity of doing something". I'm desperately trying to find an example, but none has crossed my mind so far.

To make someone do something = to oblige someone to do something

To have someone do some
