Make meaning?

Is there such a term as 'make meaning'? What is its meaning?
Thank you.

Do you have any more context? It is not impossible for those two words to occur together, probably in reference to the creation of a meaning, but it is not a common combination and not recognisable to me as any kind of set expression.

Thank you, GPY.

Can it be used in a way similar to the term 'make sense'? e. g. It makes meaning to explain the context to the audience first.
