make it so

Is "make it so" idiomatic? and is "cut off" correctly used here or how do you say it?

The dimensions of the TV make it so that part of the image is cut off.
Thank you

"Make it so" is fine as a sequence of words, but it's a tad strained when it stands alone. It happens to be a catch phrase from the later Star Trek TV show, by the way. You have used "cut off" correctly.

Is it correct to use "made it so that" or "made it such" in the sentences. I couldn't think of anything else. Is it a good choice?

"So" works, and "such" does not, in all your examples.

Now that I know that 'so' works, may I ask you and would you say it like this?

Are these 3 sentences natural?
