Make it looks nice

Hi,

I heard this mistake: 'I'm going to make [the room] looks nice'

Can anyone explain to me the rule regarding this? I'm at a loss.

Hi, [the room] is the object of make , not the subject of look . Similarly you say, I made her do it . You don't say, I made she does it .

Hi,

[the room] is the object of make, not the subject of look.
Similarly you say, I made her do it. You don't say, I made she does it.

The verbs let, make, have, and help follow the pattern VERB1 (PRO)NOUN VERB2, where the second verb is in the base form.
