make it correct please

The Imam of Samanli village ‘’Hadji Omer ANLAYISLI’’ made a striking-statement to Yalova Express News about pre emption , recently used for his plot.
Mr.Anlayisli said ‘’ I bought a plot by paying all of my presence and savings , in fact i have borrowed some in order to buy that plot in Samanli village in 2012. The amount of plot was 450.000 Lira.However an event that happened to me that i have been shocked.’’
I became very happy after i heard that Yalova Universty has been started to construct in front of my plot. Because my plot’s market price has been more than double.
However, the cautionary event has happened to me.. A man who is very known as a politic and businesman , named Halil Ibrahim Demirhan and also brother of Ali Demirhan (Politician/AKP) grabbed my plot by using pre emption.(SUFA). They always say ‘’ we are International businessman ‘’ so why did they need my land?
I didnt know what was pre emption , got it after happened to me. To me it is not morally and conscientiously.
After a while , i heard that HALIL IBRAHIM used pre emption not only aganist me. Many people were victim of Halil Ibrahim Demirhan for the same land. Also arabic people.
Now i am asking ; is using preemption morally , aganist people who worked during his life and gathering savings.
