Make a difference / Be a difference 3 sentences please?

Which of these would be said by a native speaker and are the correct?

1 Would there be a difference if there was a light?
2 Would light or no light make that big a difference in here?
3 Would/Is there (be) a big difference between having a light and not having one?

Could you tell me which word to say?

- What name is the room in/under?

- Where is the train departing (from)?

- Buy rechargeable batteries to save on batteries. (can you say this and what does SAVE ON BATTERIES mean?)

Thank you

Re Part 1 - light and difference.

1 is closest to native english, although I would say 'would itmake a difference if there was a light?'.
2 is very poor english, so I wouldn't use this.
3. 'Would there be a big difference between having a light and not having one' is okay. Again, as with number 1, when making a comparison between two situations, we tend to use the phrase 'to make
