1. Would you say the past tense is incorrect for the underlined part?
Would you say the present and present perfect tenses are correct under a right sentential context?
He has produced things that are/have been/was so realistic.
2. Is it correct to have some parts of a sentence in past passive (did I name it correctly?) and some in present perfect in this what looks to be a long setence? Is this punctuated correctly anyway? Personally I think it is not correctly punctuated. What would possibly be the reason for using past passive in some and present perfect in some other?
His debt was paid off, his house was upgraded, his kids have gone to good schools, and his health has improved.
