I have here some things that I would please like to understand in other words:)
1. What is "main level"? to what it refer?
2. "It" refer to connections?
3. What does "makes it convenient" means? maybe makes the use more easy ?
Connections for the washing machine and dryer. All on the main level because it is on a concrete foundation, it makes it convenient for the tenants
