Main clause happens first - in future

Hello! Could you please tell me whether I can say smth like "When I'll be 24, I'll have already finished a university"? Is it better to use present simple instead of future simple?
Probably it's silly question but I'm just in 2 minds because the main clause happens first. Due to this fact it seems impossible to use present simple in subordinate clause.
Am I not right?

By the way is it generally the conditional sentence?

when I am 24, I will have finished my university studies. Here 'when I am 24' is the subordinate clause. This is fine.

  • when I am 24, I will have finished my university studies.
  • Here 'when I am 24' is the subordinate clause.
  • This is fine.
  • I suppose this is more of a prediction than anything else.
