Mailboxes are vertical order

How would you express this?

The mailboxes are in vertical order in my building.

They go like this:

Each number is a mailbox

110 114
111 115
112 116
113 117

They don't go like this

110 111 112 113 114
115 116 117 118 119

How would you express how the mailboxes are placed above?

Thank you
