I am going to apply for a govt. scholarship programme where one can apply only for 1 university. The scholarship authority only consider those applications are accepted for admission. I need to select such a programme where my possibility of getting chance is higher. I have selected some programme where I can apply and I have planned to send email to those programme’s coordinator or concerned person to get an idea about my admission possibility to their University. I will attach my details C.V and scanned copy of my academic documents with my email. So I write an email letter for this purpose. Please suggest any addition, modification and grammatical mistakes.

Dear Concern,

This is Mizanur Rahman, a prospective Masters student from Bangladesh.

I would like to apply for 'ABC Government scholarships' for university for 2012-13 academic session. I contacted my local Swiss embassy and they provided me an Application Guidelines where I came to know about your programee.

Application guideline provided that Applicants must apply for only 1 University. In case of multiple applications, the ABC Diplomatic Representation will not take the application into consideration. So I have to be cautious in selecting course. Prime condition of getting scholarship is securing a study place in a respective university.

I enclosed herewith my academic details to assess if my qualification full fills the requirement. I know that it is not possible for you tell me whether I will be selected or not? The decision will be taken based upon the quality of submitted applications. Despite, I want to know that how much it’s the possibility for me to get admitted in the “course name”. Is my qualification suit the programme?
