mail for internship

I'm about to write a mail to agency that recruit interns in England but i'm not sure to whom it is addressed this mail, because is direct on-site applying. Also i'm not sorry about the structure and the form of the mail. So, can i write something like this
Hi, or Dear ?
My name is Peter.., i'm coming from .... I graduated last September from the Faculty of Economics at ... university where i studied management. Since then i'm working in travel agency, although this is more like a temporary job and i'm still not sure what kind of job would like to have in the future. Therefore i'm interested in taking an internship abroad, preferable in London or Malta, something in the business/management area. I would also like to know the total amount of sum i should pay.
