I hope this mail finds you well, I'm sayed Ramadan from Egypt ,I have applied for an offer since 19 April(AT-2018-4008LE) and ,after a while my home IAESTE told me that I have rejected as you can remember , but my offer status in iaeste website hasn't been changed until yesterday

yesterday, my status changed to accepted and Awaiting arrival note , really I got confused and I don't understand what happened

My home IAESTE advised me to contact with you .

Your English is not the best. Your punctuation is poor. Every sentence must begin with a capital letter and end with a punctuation mark (. ! ?).

Who is iaeste?
What did you apply for? Normally, we apply for a job, admittance to university, a grant, a VISA, or something similar. "Apply for an offer" is not usual.
