Maika

Pardon me if I'm posting in the wrong section of the forum, but being an English learner I've encountered a problem that can't be solved without turning to native speakers. I've got this question for you: Have you, by any chance, heard anyone use the word "maika"? If yes, what did it denote? Or if not, what would be your first guess about what it could be? I can't tell you why I'm asking this now, it's a kind of an experiment, I'll explain later. though. Please, I need your answers! :-)
