I have absolutely no idea, but a Google search on the word turns up a single hit

Oh, and for those who care "Florida snow" is cocaine, "femdom" is a "condom for woman" (not my first guess), and "bad ***" is "The coercive person who does not have cooperativeness". The section is "Slang".
Looking at the others, they're doing better than they used to, and you can usually get the general idea. There are still some good ones, though. "Breast self-exam" is defined as "Self checking of milk cancer", and "add a new icon to one's desktop" is "The new idea contest is put in place in the desktop".
