Grammar

Made up from - of

Hello,

A line from a grammar book I'm reading says:
- Sentences are made up from words in regular ways, [...].

Could I also say made up of words? Would the meaning be different?

Thank you for your help.

"Are made up from words" means "are constructed using words as building blocks". "Made up of words" means "consist of words". Sentences do not consist of words in regular ways, they are constructed in regular ways.
