Can I write:

(a) They made the garden with balloons, colourful light and ribbons. The garden was as beautiful as the sunset.

(b) They made the garden beautifully.

Hi Vincent I don't think you would normally say made the garden. I would use decorate instead. They decorated the garden with balloons, colourful lights (lighting perhaps) and ribbons.

I don't think you would normally say made the garden. 

I would use decorate instead. 

They decorated the garden with balloons, colourful lights (lighting perhaps) and ribbons.
