Is it ‘make or made’?

Semantically, it is " You guys made me who I am."

There's nothing wrong with either one. Just say what you mean and it'll be OK.

But I really don't know when to say which. When would it be appropriate to say one over the other? Does 'make' imply the I keep changing because of you maybe?

made - past. You have already been made who you are.
make - present. You are still being made who you are. Those guys are always making you who you are. (As you suggested, "keep changing" at the present time.)
