To stretch my point in my previous question, in the sentence This is made in China. What is the adjective, made (alone) or made in China?

I mean, what if what I mean by this is just a particular thing (say this particular toothbrush). People make this particular toothbrush in China (regularly)? Shouldn't I say 'Somebody made this particular toothbrush in China'?
