Made a lot of drops?

Hi folks,

Please what does this "phrase" mean? Most of all, I'm curious about the situations, where this phrase is being used with money. For example, if someone will say to me:

- When you sold it, you made a lot of drops.

Please, does it mean that I had a profit from that bussiness ? Or does it mean that I made really bad bussiness....

thank you.

cheers JCD
