macro view? micro view?

"The difficulty of college graduates' employment is not only a society problem, but also a synthetical reflection of a school and graduates' ability. Solving the problem needs to consider it from broad perspectives and microcosmic aspect."
First of all, do you think my sentence grammtically correct? does it sound awkward in anyway?
Secondly, for the 2 underlined phrases, I want to express an idea of something like "macro" and "micro". You know, like "macroeconomics" and "microeconomics." Here I want to say "From a broderer perspective" and "from a closer look". But I am very uncerntain about my choice of words here. Would you please share your widsom of words with me?
