Macbeth- Duncan's death- please help

Do you think Duncan's death was his own downfall and was not caused by Macbeth? Is Duncan so weak that someone would have killed him anyway?

Top answer

It can be viewed as his downfall because he was too self-sufficient and too trusting on behalf of Macbeth. " Hope that helps:)
