Lyrics understanding

I was listening to a song called "midsummer madness" by Rising 88 and there is one line that is not very clear to me.

You just want to fight 'cause you lonely
Tryna see a milly then be really up

What does Tryna see a milly then be really up mean?

I found out that milly means a hot girl who is good at kissing.

As the first sentence said, (I assume you is a girl in a context) she just wants to fight' cause she is lonely

,so the boy is trying to see a milly then the milly really shows up to his life (he meets the milly).

Is this interpretation right? or do I misunderstand?
