Does the quotes make sense? Blanket is not that difficult to pull or carry, is it?

I don't know, if they are off to the beach I assume the weather is quite hot, so to carry a big blanket (and they can be quite heavy) along with everything else they need would be a bit of a chore. Lug doesn't have to suggest a very extreme situation - I lug my suitcase on holiday but I wouldn't say it is that bad...
