Lucky that

We were lucky that we at least managed to do that at that time .

Is the above sentence right?
I mean: Perhaps we could've done more things, but we should think it was enough in this situation, otherwise we might not get anything at that time. Given our capability, possibility to succeed doing one thing was very low.

I know it's a bit obscure.
