Speech & Pronunciation

<one hundred> or <a hundred>

Hi all,

She ran in the 100m race.
I got a 100 dollars from my parents.

Should I pronounce it as 'one hundred metres' or 'a hundred metres', 'one hundred dollars' or 'a hundred dollars'?

Thank you.

Best wishes,

PBF

You can pronounce them all of those ways. I would say: She ran in the 100m race. -- " the hundred-meter race " I got a 100 dollars from my parents.
