I'm not sure about this title for an essay.
Lower Productivity and Lower Satisfaction Rate for Workers
Does it need an a before lower or is OK without it?

Anonymous Does it need an a before lower or is OK without it? It is OK without it. What is troubling is 'rate', which does not seem to me to be a reasonable measure of 'satisfaction'.
