"low-strung"?

Since high-strung is such a commonly-seen expression, I'm starting to wonder if such a word as
"low-strung" is existent?
I've just never seen it being used and I didn't seem to find any matching result after googling the word, either.
Thanks in advance.

I think that 'low-key(ed)' and 'easy going' are more common.

But if so, then what's the right word for describing someone who's hard to have any sort of emotional feasts, comb
