Loved or Beloved, From or Due to

Hi,

I’m trying to compose the following sentence.

"The companies never empathize with those people who lost their loved (or beloved) ones from (or due to) the disease."

Which one is more suitable between ‘loved’ and ‘beloved’?

Is it correct to use 'from' or 'due to' in the sentence?

Thank you in advance.
