I would use 'believe' rather than 'trust' ...

but thats just me

Here's another comment.

1. Although she now doesn't accept my love, I still trust that she will love me back one day.

now accept my love sounds quite formal. love me back is informal. You need the same degree of formality in both parts of the sentence.
