Does this sentence make sense:



"Love at the window is old fashioned."



Note: By this, I mean courting with one person at the window, and the other outdoors.

It's not a very good sentence. You might say in (American) English, for example:


It's charming, but a little old-fashioned, to court your lady standing outside her window.

Romeo and Juliet did it, but it's a little old-fashioned today to court your lady from beneath her window.
