Same meaning, B2 is more accentuated via "Yes."

I often see in English books : When you make a question is form : "Do you like ....." , so the answer usually :" I like.....".

But I think when we say to anyone ( No write in notebook) , That sentences ( Yes, I love.) , the receiving people , who speaking with you can understand.
