Please explain how to use between two adverbs "loud" and "loudly".

In strict grammar terms, loud is an adjective (something that qualifies a noun) whereas loudly is an adverb (something that qualifies a verb).
Now, in 'modern' english there is obviously this tendency to use adjectives in lieu of adverbs. More time than not, people would say 'quick' instead of 'quickly' or 'loud' instead of 'loudly' and this is considered acceptable even i
