Lots of "slip"??

Somebody was describing a concealer as such
" Cinema Secrets has the loveliest texture and finish. great coverage, very very smooth texture, lots of slip, extremely skinlike finish. "

It's generally an all-positive feedback, but I'm curious about how that word slip can be used as an adjective:)

THANKS IN ADVANCE:)

No, I don't see it that way(pretty sure it's a noun). But I would prefer to see an 'and ' before the 'extremely skinlike finish' part.
