Lot of things/remaining observing/that too

Hello

In Vipassana (meditation), we just observe and allow things to go their way without trying to control them, without trying to hold them or even without pushing them away. By this, you see lot of things passing by you and still remaining observing itself. The key of Vipassana Meditation is observation that too without any type of involvement. If you are doing this, it is true Vipassana.

1. Should it be "a lot of things"? With the article "a"?

2. "remaining observing itself" - is it correct?

3. "observation that too" - do you know what the author was trying to say?

Hi Avangi

Prior to this it says: You will find a continuous flow of thoughts that occur on their own just like the movements of water. The content of the thoughts is not important to this technique. What is important just watching this river flowing, noticing the flow of thoughts without getting involved. In Vipassana, we just observe and allow things to go their way without trying
