"lot" is what?

I hoping for your being patient with my lack of English, dialogues that I want to show you are follows:

A: What do you "lot" think? Do I look dead?
B,C,D: Certainly not! I've never seen you look more lively!

As you know, it's neither a lot nor lots. I should like to know what "lot" in the above sentence is.

PS. Trying to post on this to ask a question, I'm not certain whether "it" is neither a lot nor lots or "that" is neither a lot nor lots to indicate "lot" in dialogues above.

"you lot" = you guys, you all, the bunch of you (informal, particularly British and Australian English.)
