Lost or loss?

Hi there,

I'm a bit confuses with the adjective lost. Is it:

1. disruption resulting in three days of lost productivity of 20 staff members

or

2. disruption resulting in three days of productivity lost of 20 staff members

Wrong. This wording is possible:

2. disruption resulting in three days of productivity of 20 staff members (being) lost.
