Lost e-mail

After receiving an e-mail reminder, could I reply by saying that I have not received your previous e-mail possibly due to internet transmission problems?

I can't see a problem with that, but I would just say "possibly due to Internet problems."

Would it be better to add a coma there so that the sentence be changed to "I have not received your previous e-mail, possibly due to Internet problems"? However, this sentence structure somehow seems a bit strange to me. Is the subject of "possibly due to Internet problems" missing or it is implied?
