Losing sleep over this.. Have/had run/ran

Hi guys so i'm preparing for an upcoming exam and i have discovered a huge lack of knowledge regarding my grammar knowledge. Can you tell me which ones are true and if not why aren't they?
Here it goes,

1- It's the biggest campaign they have ran so far (i think this is true)

2- It's the biggest campaign they have run so far

3- It's the biggest campaign they had run so far
Regarding above, Would anything change if we were to remove so far's from the ends of sentences?

And also with the was,

4- It was the biggest campaign they had run

5- It was the biggest campaign they have ran ( again i think this is the correct one)

No, because I don't know anything about their campaign. I wasn't there when they were running the campaign, so I don't know what is true about it and what is false.

(I think you meant 'correct', not 'true'.)

"Have ran" is never correct.

I run everyday.

I ran a mile yesterday.

I had run a mile when the rain started.
