Are these sentences natural? Are gain lose and waste correct? Would you say below or under?


There is no point in speeding. You will just gain a few minute.


If you go a little slower, you will waste/lose a few minutes.

You will lose/waste a few minute by going 10 linked below/under the speed limit.
