lose focus

Hi, I find the expression "lose focus" familiar, but I can't be sure about its meaning. There's no such a phrase in dictionary. Is it a fixed expression?Does it mean "get distracted"? Thank you!

Yes, that's right-- lose concentration. Not any more fixed than most idiomatic expressions.
