LOR for a social entrepreneur internship program
Hi every one,
My name is Phuc. I ask my lecturer write a LOR for me but he want me write myself. He will read and sign. I don't if my LOR is wrong or not. Please help me improve its.

To Whom It May Concern:
It is a genuine pleasure and honor for me to recommend my beloved student, Pham Tan Phuc, for your program. Five years of acquaintance help me somewhat grasp his aptitude and personality.
I am very proud because I have of many roles in his university life. Those roles are conditions for me strongly sure that he is creative, persevering and passionate. Moreover, he is an entrepreneurship and leadership potential.
As his Geographic Information System (GIS) class’s lecturer, I had an opportunity to observe his participation and interaction in class and to evaluate his knowledge of the subject matter. He always tried to apply his knowledge to reality in each and every area of life, whether in learning, discussing philosophy, or relating to his fellow students or his teacher. His very excellent creative and analytical ability made him create many interesting applications such as: voluntary map, travelling map, home rent map... Some of them made him was primarily well-known for his Information Technology (IT) Awards.
The first time I met him he was the new president of LiveBK – The idea and technology club in HCMC University of Technology (HCMC-UT). I was recommended for him as a mentor by the HCMC-UT’s Council. At that time, the club was challenged by the previous boring activities. Four years of cooperation made me discover each his effort to change the situation of club. He mapped the eco system of club, changed the management system and called co-founder to rebuild club. One of new activities made me impressive the Vietnam National University (VNU) Ideas Contest. Although the contest was delayed because of the lack of management experience, he kept the faith in organized team and finished that event successfully. He had of a strongly persevering spirit which made us always believe in him to succeed together.
His passion was the most bright point I had ever seen even I was a teacher, a partner or specifically a friend. His dream was to create a informatic map which people used as a comfortable tool of life. He started to do bottom to up. He built from simple details of life such as: a voluntary map as an easy tool for student’s activities, a polluted map for doing environmental activities better, a counterfeit map… Each application he did was each sustainable database for his dream map. I thought that his strong passion was the key to know how he got IT Awards although there was not any class to teach coding or developing in his course. He learnt IT coding himself for developing his ability in GIS.
Every things I see from Phuc is potential of Entrepreneurship and Leadership. I think those things you are looking for your program. I am deeply impressed by Phuc and recommend him unhesitatingly. If you have any questions or wish to know further about Phuc, please feel free to contact me.
