Loose sheet

In the exam hall teachers provide extra pages or single sheets if the main exam sheet is not sufficient. In this case students need to write the serial number at the top right hand corner of the page to denote which page they have taken first or to maintain the order.

Can I say ?

Students write the serial number at the top right hand corner of the loose sheets properly, according to the time you have taken them in that way if the loose sheets get detached from the main sheet it will be easy for us to find and put them back together.

  • What serial number?
  • How can a serial number tell you which page was taken first, what does it mean to have taken a page first, and why does it matter?
  • My best guess for all that is as follows: If you take a loose sheet of paper, you must write your serial number and the time you took it in the top right corner of it, so that if a loose sheet gets separated from the main sheet they can be reunited in the correct order.
