Looks okay to/with

1. Are these sentences constructed correctly and do they practically have the same meaning:

Looks okay to me. And Looks okay with me.

That's fine to me. And That's fine with me.

2. Something negative happened to me but didn't affect my friend so I said this to him:

Of course it's okay for you. And Of course it's okay to you. And Of course it's okay with you.

Are all three appropriate if not what's the different between the three.
