Looks okay?

PLACE WHERE THE CHILDREN, PRESUMABLY, ARE

That is a title for a subsection in a form that deals with abducted children (for my bachelor's thesis). Looks okay?

Thanks!

No. It rambles. I cannot judge the topic of your subsection from that title, and that is a failing. Is it this, perhaps?—

WHERE ARE THE CHILDREN?

In this section I will analyze possible location of abducted children. Maybe this option for a title is better:

POSSIBLE LOCATION OF THE CHILDREN

(in this case I am speaking about specific children thus I am using "The")

is this better?
